Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate deep expertise in Medicare Business and Medicare Plans, including specific knowledge of Duals programs, to effectively guide project scope and objectives.
  • Leverage a comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems, processes, data flows, and integrations to anticipate challenges and drive solutions.
  • Expertly manage JIRA, including board management, grooming user stories, and meticulously tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage proactively with diverse stakeholders, particularly senior client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and successful outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver compelling progress reports and dashboards, providing transparent updates to all project participants.
  • Implement rigorous Risk & Issue Management strategies, including tracking the project plan, managing dependencies, scope, schedule, and releases effectively.
  • Drive swift and effective issue resolution, partnering closely with Business and IT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Utilize strong communication and leadership skills to motivate teams, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus.
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with architectural guidelines.
  • Potentially leverage prior experience in QNXT or similar healthcare platforms to enhance project delivery.
