Job Overview
Gi Group is seeking Production Operatives (Bakery Operatives) to join a busy bakery production site in Oldham. This is a temporary position with a clear route to long-term or permanent employment for the right candidates.
You’ll be part of a high-performing production team, handling tasks from mixing and baking to packing and palletising, while ensuring product quality and maintaining health & safety standards. Full training will be provided, making this a great entry point into the food manufacturing industry.
Duties and Responsibilities

Work on and off the production line in a fast-paced environment.

Carry out tasks such as mixing, baking, decorating, processing, packing, and palletising.

Maintain cleanliness in your work area and across the facility.

Follow health & safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Entry-level, full training provided.
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
