Duties and Responsibilities

Track production KPIs and generate performance reports for senior management.

Ensure equipment maintenance schedules are followed to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of production planning and operational control techniques.

Familiarity with injection moulding processes is highly desirable.

Effective team leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Background in Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.

Full UK driving license.

Engineering or manufacturing qualification (e.g., NVQ, HNC, or equivalent) preferred.
