Duties and Responsibilities

Provide scientific and product information to healthcare professionals, ensuring all regulatory and ethical requirements are met.

Develop and maintain a high level of scientific, product, and market knowledge within the field of Oncohematology.

Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the regions of Toscana, Emilia Romagna, and Liguria.

Collaborate with colleagues in a matrix organizational environment to ensure seamless project execution.

Use company-provided IT tools for reporting, sales tracking, and communication.

Ensure all activities are in compliance with Italian law (Legislative Decree 24/04/2006 No. 219, art. 122 paragraph 2) and other relevant regulations.

Engage in active listening to understand the needs of healthcare professionals and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications

Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices business.

Educational background that meets the requirements of Italian law (Legislative Decree 24/04/2006 No. 219, art. 122 paragraph 2).

Deep knowledge of regulatory and ethical requirements related to scientific drug information and, where applicable, medical devices.

High professional qualification with adequate scientific, product, and market knowledge.

Strong communication, active listening, and stakeholder management skills.

Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Ability to use company-provided IT tools and experience in a matrix organizational environment.
