Duties and Responsibilities

  • Apply 2+ years of Product Analysis experience to support and enhance customer digital solutions.
  • Utilize 2+ years of Jira experience for writing user stories, tracking progress, and managing product backlogs.
  • Assist in e-commerce efforts, contributing to the growth and optimization of digital customer touchpoints.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements and ensure alignment across business units.
  • Meticulously document requirements, ensuring clarity and precision for development teams.
  • Support existing applications and consistently monitor usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with user research and the precise writing of user stories to define new features and enhancements.
  • Perform detailed process mapping, value stream mapping, process analysis, process design, and methods development.
  • Contribute to performance standards & metrics development and conduct ROI analysis for proposed solutions.
  • Assist in developing and executing quality assurance plans for digital products.
  • Support change management functions, ensuring smooth transitions for new features and updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify efficiencies and cost savings within digital processes.
  • Utilize data extensively to develop and implement solutions, measuring outcomes against defined objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and manage expectations across various business units.
  • Consolidate user feedback from various channels to inform product development.
  • Confidently present working software to diverse audiences, demonstrating progress and functionality.

Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Mid-Level (2+ years of experience in product analysis and Jira).
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or a similar discipline required. (High School/GED with 6+ years related experience considered in lieu of Bachelor’s).
  • Required Skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years related work experience OR High School/GED and 6+ years related work experience.
    • 2+ years of Product Analysis experience (required).
    • 2+ years of Jira experience (required).
    • Proven ability to assist in e-commerce efforts, writing JIRA stories, engaging stakeholders, documenting requirements.
    • Experience supporting existing apps and monitoring usage metrics.
    • Ability to assist with user research and story writing.
    • Skilled in performing process mapping, value stream mapping, process analysis, process design, methods development, performance standards & metrics development, ROI analysis.
    • Experience developing and executing quality assurance plans.
    • Capability in supporting change management functions.
    • Collaborative skills to identify efficiencies and cost savings.
    • Proficient in using data to develop and implement solutions, measuring outcomes.

Working Conditions

You will be required to work 3 days onsite each week, with the remaining days remote. You will operate within a professional corporate environment, collaborating closely with IT, Marketing, and other business units.
