As a Process Technologist, you’ll serve as a key liaison between the development kitchen and production line supporting new product launches, managing factory trials, and optimizing processes to ensure successful scale-up from concept to shelf. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of new food products and process improvements.

  • Maintain documentation related to process specifications, trial outcomes, and critical paths.

  • Assist with quality assurance and compliance during all stages of development and launch.

  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

  • Support troubleshooting during production runs, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food manufacturing or New Product Development (NPD) is essential.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.

  • Confident in handling documentation, managing timelines, and following through on tasks.

  • Familiarity with conducting and analyzing product trials in a manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks.

  • Degree in Food Science or equivalent qualification is desirable, though not mandatory with relevant experience.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on, proactive approach to process improvement.
