Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the implementation of new food products and process improvements.

Lead and support factory trials, including sample preparation, data collection, and results analysis.

Liaise with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, and commercial) to ensure smooth product transition to manufacturing.

Maintain documentation related to process specifications, trial outcomes, and critical paths.

Assist with quality assurance and compliance during all stages of development and launch.

Conduct regular reviews and updates of manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.

Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Support troubleshooting during production runs, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
Qualifications

Prior experience in food manufacturing or New Product Development (NPD) is essential.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.

Confident in handling documentation, managing timelines, and following through on tasks.

Familiarity with conducting and analyzing product trials in a manufacturing environment.

Excellent project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Degree in Food Science or equivalent qualification is desirable, though not mandatory with relevant experience.
