As a Partner Readiness & Events Manager, you will be instrumental in assessing partner readiness, facilitating knowledge transfer, and leading the planning and execution of regional partner events. You will leverage your strong leadership, collaboration capabilities, and proficiency in readiness and event management methodologies to drive program success and build robust relationships with partner organizations. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Apply 5+ years of experience in Partner/Channel enablement, training, including event project management experience.
  • Execute comprehensive training programs for partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to sell and support Autodesk products.
  • Assess partner readiness and develop actionable plans to bridge any gaps in their capabilities.
  • Facilitate crucial knowledge transfer through various methods, including workshops, webinars, retrospectives, and learning modules.
  • Maintain and manage all essential readiness materials, tools, and localized content for partners.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of impactful regional partner events.
  • Lead virtual teams on Go-To-Market (GTM) and industry-specific tracks design, ensuring content relevance.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials and promotional strategies to support partner events and programs.
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, registration management, and seamless on-site operations.
  • Conduct thorough post-event evaluations and report on key metrics such as ROI, satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Partner closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partner organizations, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine delivery methodologies and inform program enhancements.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to optimize partner engagement strategies.
  • Possess strong leadership and collaboration capabilities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in readiness and event management methodologies.
  • Be proficient in English & Spanish; additional Portuguese fluency is highly preferred.
  • Possess strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain proven experience in both partner enablement and event planning, including development of agenda tracks and coordination of speakers and content.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

  • Education Requirement: Relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is typically required.

Working Conditions
