- Help maintain a safe, secure, and fun environment that encourages curiosity and imaginative play.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers and fellow staff members, contributing to a supportive team atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s daily activities and progress.
- Assist with preparing classroom resources and maintaining an organized and stimulating space.
- Adapt to different nursery settings and children’s needs with a positive and flexible attitude.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: This role is open to both experienced and new nursery assistants, with a strong emphasis on passion for the role.
- Education Requirement: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, with a relevant childcare qualification being highly advantageous.
- Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
- Amazing communication skills.
