Duties and Responsibilities

Proactively identify opportunities and resolutions to enhance sales training programs.

Develop and execute training programs for the Hospital Anti-Infectives sales team, ensuring expert-level understanding of the therapeutic area and selling skills.

Lead and facilitate training sessions for groups of various sizes and tenure, providing effective coaching and mentorship.

Utilize excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills to manage and execute complex training initiatives.

Collaborate with sales leadership and other departments to align training content with business priorities.

Maintain a deep understanding of the therapeutic area, managed markets, and selling skills to provide relevant and impactful training.

Develop a keen sense of awareness and emotional intelligence to effectively coach and influence colleagues.

Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and consistently develop yourself.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Senior-level role, requiring a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry sales experience and a strong record of top performance.
Education Requirement: A Bachelor’s degree or higher is mandatory for this position.

Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical industry sales experience.

Strong clinical expertise in inpatient Hospital sales (preferred).

Strong clinical experience in anti-infectives/infectious diseases products (preferred).

Salary and Benefits
AbbVie offers competitive compensation for this Full-time National Field Trainer, Hospital Anti-Infectives position.
