Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Travel to customer sites within the London area to provide on-site support and coordination.

  • Manage and document customer communications using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, technical, and management—to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

  • Monitor service delivery and customer satisfaction, escalating issues where necessary to maintain quality standards.

  • Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to reinforce customer trust.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-ups.

  • Support scheduling and logistical coordination for customer visits and service operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with proven ability to manage difficult or sensitive situations effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential for reporting and communication.

  • Full UK driving license with willingness and ability to travel regularly to customer sites across London.

  • Experience working remotely while maintaining effective communication and productivity.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly to changing customer needs and company demands.

  • Experience Level: Mid-Level, comfortable handling a variety of customer service scenarios independently.

  • Education Requirement: Not specifically stated; a high school diploma or equivalent is likely preferred.

Salary and Benefits
