Duties and Responsibilities

Act as a consistent role model and build strong, supportive relationships with students.

Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), assisting them with their academic and personal development.

Use your knowledge of mental health to address students’ needs with empathy and care.

Collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Assist with the planning and delivery of lessons and activities, adapting them to meet the specific needs of students.

Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom space.

Demonstrate resilience when faced with challenges, maintaining a calm and supportive presence.

Maintain an open-minded attitude and be willing to take on new challenges and learn from every experience.

Communicate effectively with staff and, where appropriate, with parents and guardians regarding student well-being and progress.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Open to graduates (Psychology, Criminology, or Counselling) and those with prior experience.
Education Requirement: A graduate degree in Psychology, Criminology, or Counselling is preferred. However, candidates with substantial relevant experience in SEN or mental health support will also be considered.

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a monthly salary ranging from £1,800 – £2,200, depending on experience and the specific role.
