Job Overview
Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of mental health services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Rhodes Wood Hospital in Hatfield. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, effective, and compassionate care to children and young people aged 12–18 within a specialist inpatient eating disorder service.
As a Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, ensuring a holistic and evidence-based approach. You will support colleagues through mentorship, maintain meticulous care records, and foster a safe, therapeutic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to children and young people in a specialist inpatient eating disorder service.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, focusing on the overall well-being of service users.

Accurately observe, record, and report all changes in service user conditions.

Qualifications

NMC-registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with experience in the NHS or private sector.
