Duties and Responsibilities

Install various mechanical components, including pipework, valves, pumps, and motors.

Perform thorough planned maintenance checks to ensure system reliability and longevity.

Undertake assigned activities efficiently and effectively under supervision.

Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and industry best practices.

Stay informed about new mechanical and piping legislation, ensuring your work remains compliant.

Ensure all work is completed to appropriate levels of safety, quality, and cost.

Take proper care of all safety equipment and tools, maintaining their operational integrity.

Work on a construction site, which may involve working in cramped conditions or at height.

Work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Proven experience in the water industry as a Mechanical Fitter.
