Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced automotive service and repair on a diverse range of vehicles, leveraging over 7 years of hands-on experience.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics to accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and performance issues.
  • Execute a wide range of repairs, including but not limited to brakes, drivability concerns, steering and suspension systems, complex electrical issues, safety inspections, and air conditioning systems.
  • Specialize in major engine repairs and perform clutch/transmission replacements with precision and efficiency.
  • Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure all repairs meet ACV Auctions’ high standards for safety and performance.
  • Create accurate and comprehensive repair estimates, detailing labor, parts, and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Education Requirement: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Required Skills:
    • Extensive practical experience (7+ years) in comprehensive automotive service and repair.
    • Expert-level diagnostic capabilities across various vehicle systems.
