Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic and daily operations of clinical supply chain functions, specifically for surgical, procedural, and critical care areas.
  • Supervise the Materials Analyst team, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluation, and professional development.
  • Work closely with clinical teams to ensure supply availability, operational efficiency, and cost-effective inventory management.
  • Lead data-driven inventory strategies, using analytics to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Support product standardization initiatives across clinical areas.

  • Facilitate new product rollouts and conversions, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.

  • Lead and support various projects, including OR remodels, service line expansions, and EMR/supply system integrations.
  • Prepare procedural areas for new services and increased volumes, ensuring readiness.
