Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of LEAN principles across the manufacturing floor.

Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend measurable improvement strategies.

Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and other continuous improvement tools.

Collaborate with production, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to align goals.

Support performance coaching and development of shop floor staff.

Manage change initiatives and create buy-in at all levels of the organization.

Ensure all improvements align with health, safety, and compliance standards.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and deliver reports.

Standardize processes and assist in training team members on LEAN practices.

Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans for process disruptions.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field or minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing process improvement.

Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong command of LEAN manufacturing principles and implementation.

Effective communication and negotiation skills across all organizational levels.

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle change in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with change management, conflict resolution, and team development.

Familiarity with manufacturing environments, safety protocols, and production systems.

Working Conditions
