Duties and Responsibilities

Serve service users, staff, and visitors with food and beverages, ensuring a high level of customer service.

Maintain storage procedures and stock rotation, ensuring food safety and minimizing waste.

Ensure that all areas, equipment, and furniture are cleaned and stored correctly.

Safely handle and store the department’s cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Assist with meal preparation and deliveries, supporting the kitchen team.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role within a catering or kitchen environment.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP.

Proven ability to serve food and beverages to service users, staff, and visitors.

Skilled in maintaining storage procedures and stock rotation.

Proficient in ensuring cleanliness and correct storage of areas, equipment, and furniture.

Experience managing cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Ability to assist with meal preparation and deliveries.

DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check required.
