Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils in Key Stage 2.
- Apply a deep commitment to high standards and inclusive learning, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.
- Act as a confident and proactive leader, taking on responsibilities for the Key Stage 2 phase.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- Be a reflective practitioner, with a passion for continuous improvement in your teaching and leadership.
- Collaborate with school leadership and other teachers to develop and implement curriculum strategies.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide support and guidance to other teachers in your phase.
- Contribute positively to the life of the school, engaging in wider initiatives and fostering a strong school community.
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: Experienced teacher.
- Education Requirement: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Required Skills:
- Experience as a KS2 Teacher with the ambition to take on Phase Leader responsibilities.
- A confident and proactive leader.
- A deep commitment to high standards and inclusive learning.
- Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
