As an Auction Inspector, you will be responsible for evaluating the condition of vehicles before and after auctions providing essential information that supports transparency and trust across the automotive ecosystem.
Duties and Responsibilities

Perform thorough inspections of vehicles at auction lots to identify damage, wear, and mechanical issues.

Record findings in electronic reports using tablets or other mobile devices.

Photograph vehicles and document damage per company standards.

Ensure inspection accuracy by following established guidelines and quality procedures.

Interact professionally with auction personnel, clients, and teammates to facilitate smooth operations.

Work under time-sensitive conditions while maintaining high levels of accuracy and detail.

Assist in maintaining tools, equipment, and mobile inspection units in proper working condition.

Adapt quickly to schedule changes and job site locations as required.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in vehicle inspection, automotive repair, or auctions is a plus.

Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and basic software tools.
