Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of approximately 10 people, including their development, performance management, and policy enforcement.
- Provide strong people leadership and coaching skills to foster team growth and collaboration.
- Apply at least 8 years’ experience working with Development & Engineering (D&E), IT, and Data Security.
- Utilize at least 2 years’ experience in a scaled agile environment to optimize team workflows and delivery.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in stakeholder management and customer focus, building strong relationships with R&D and other business units.
- Possess strong familiarity with ITIL Service Management processes for efficient IT service delivery.
- Exhibit experience in taking and driving end-to-end ownership of IT services and initiatives.
- Implement yearly plans and contribute to the broader departmental strategy.
- Drive IT-business relationship management, ensuring a deep understanding of R&D business priorities.
- Ensure end-to-end service and delivery management from different IT domains, providing seamless support.
- Serve as an escalation and arbitration level for end-user issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee the contracting of external employees and services.
- Align and partner effectively with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure IT support for product development.
- Ensure proper deployment of ASML policies towards IT standards, maintaining compliance.
- Manage complex dependencies and expectations from multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Lead project management initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders and external service management.
- Possess the ability to read and interpret data, information, and documents accurately.
- Maintain a strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Complete assignments with exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrate proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads and deadlines.

Qualifications
- Experience Level: Senior-Level (8+ years overall experience, with at least 2 years in scaled agile environment and people leadership).
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data & Information Security, Computer Engineering, and/or equivalent experience.
