Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply 3-5 years of experience in various project management or finance roles to effectively manage IT finance projects.
- Demonstrate mastery understanding of data within various project management systems, including CA PPM.
- Evaluate delivery and financial metrics rigorously to drive improved capacity utilization within IT services.
- Create, manage, and analyze comprehensive financial reports to track budget progress and provide actionable insights.
- Initiate and manage complex vendor engagements, collaborating closely with requesting organizations and Global Procurement.
- Work diligently with Finance to validate the financial viability of vendor engagements, including projections, invoicing, and change requests.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on standard processes and best practices in IT financial management.
- Actively support the annual budget process, from development and monitoring to detailed reporting.
- Identify opportunities for consumption-based service models and develop appropriate chargeback models.
- Work closely with the GXI Business Management team to ensure transparency in financial operations.
- Develop compelling business cases, including financial modeling, planning, ROI models, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership.
- Utilize strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills to navigate complex challenges.
- Apply very strong financial acumen to all financial analysis and reporting tasks.
- Demonstrate highly effective Stakeholder management skills, building strong relationships across all levels.
- Possess strong communication abilities (written and verbal) for clear and concise interactions.
- Exhibit the ability to work with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: Mid-Level (3-5 years of experience).
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s in Finance, MIS, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Required Skills:
