Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply 8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources to provide strategic partnership and support.
- Act as a pro-active thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively within a dynamic HR landscape.
- Utilize analytical skills, including data and trend analysis, to recommend impactful HR solutions.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics and good business acumen in all professional conduct.
- Demonstrate proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and HRIS/SAP or similar systems for data management and reporting.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for clear and concise interactions with all levels of the organization.
- Possess strong interpersonal relationship skills, building trust and rapport with employees and leaders.
- Apply effective conflict resolution skills with meticulous attention to details in managing employee relations issues.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, adapting to new challenges.
- Lead and manage crucial HR functions, including talent selection and onboarding, talent succession and development, employee engagement, employee relations, and organization development and change initiatives.
- Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes.
- Provide high-touch coaching to managers through the employee development process, including leadership succession planning and creating quality employee development action plans.
- Develop actionable initiatives to enhance overall employee engagement.
- Oversee and resolve moderately complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough fact gathering, analysis, and providing sound recommendations for performance improvement.
- Coach managers effectively on conflict resolution techniques and how to address escalations appropriately.
- Guide managers and employees through the annual HR program cycle, including performance management, salary planning, and employee development.
- Deliver comprehensive HR support to supervisors/managers with high-touch coaching and program guidance.
- Assist in facilitating engaging workshops on various HR programs and professional development topics.
- Gather key statistics and metrics (headcount, turnover, talent movement, HR program execution) and provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Handle special projects as assigned, contributing to broader HR or organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: Senior-Level (8+ years of relevant experience).
