Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their priorities and develop strategic HR solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR Operations and technology.
  • Provide overall prioritization of work assignments and management of functional team resources within the HR Solutions Partners team.
  • Analyze existing HR processes and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization.
  • Design and implement streamlined processes to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Leverage technology and AI solutions to optimize workflows, data management, and reporting within HR operations.
  • Work effectively within a collaborative Pod structure, fostering teamwork and shared accountability.
  • Evaluate HR technology platforms and tools, recommending and implementing solutions that meet business needs.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant HR technologies.
  • Establish key metrics and performance indicators for HR operational effectiveness.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to generate actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on thorough data analysis.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, guidance, and mentorship to HR Solutions Partners, supporting their professional development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the HR team.
  • Identify training and development needs for HR staff to ensure continuous skill enhancement.
  • Ensure the HR Shared Services function consistently maintains high performance standards in customer service, responsiveness, and resolution times.
  • Partner with leadership and other HR functions on employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Analyze employee engagement data to identify trends and inform strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Proactively mitigate risks associated with HR operations, safeguarding the organization.
  • Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure comprehensive adherence to standards.
  • Consult on the development of HR programs and facilitate engaging training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver engaging and informative training materials for various HR initiatives.
  • Partner with other subject matter experts to create comprehensive training programs.
  • Apply a Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree preferred.
  • Possess PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP (preferred).
  • Possess 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, ideally within a healthcare or shared services setting.
  • Proficient in HRIS, ATS, Office 365 (SharePoint, Planner, Loop, Teams, etc.), data analytics, and project management.
  • Demonstrate proven ability to build high-performing teams and lead through change.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking, with the ability to transform ideas into action.
  • Be a tech-savvy problem solver, capable of optimizing systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Senior-Level (5+ years of progressive experience).
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Required Skills:
