Gi Group, a leading global recruitment company, is seeking a passionate and experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer to join an educational client in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. You will deliver engaging lessons, provide academic and pastoral support, and ensure every student progresses and succeeds. This role suits experienced lecturers or health professionals moving into teaching candidates must be committed to safeguarding and able to use flexible, innovative teaching methods.
Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver teaching and assessment in Health and Social Care across levels 1–5.

Support each student’s progress through coaching, feedback and targeted interventions.

Complete learner administration: registration, attendance, tracking and reporting.

Provide pre- and on-course guidance, including learner interviews.

Take responsibility for the academic and pastoral care of assigned groups.

Build and maintain links with industry and commerce to enhance curriculum relevance.

Use flexible and innovative delivery methods to meet diverse learner needs.

Promote and adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Open to health experts transitioning into teaching or experienced Lecturers/Assessors.
Education Requirement: Vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care, plus an appropriate teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
Required Skills:

Salary and Benefits
