As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be instrumental in delivering essential services like mowing, strimming, and hedge pruning. You’ll use your experience with a range of equipment and hand tools, coupled with a safety-conscious mindset, to ensure a safe and high-quality service is provided. Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services, including mowing, strimming, and hedge pruning.

Liaise with customers, reporting any enquiries or defects to ensure excellent service.

Accurately complete legible paperwork and submit work details on the SMS app, providing required photographs.

Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times.

Carry out day-to-day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.

Work outdoors in all weather conditions, demonstrating physical fitness and resilience.

Use a range of equipment and hand tools safely and proficiently, including strimmer’s, backpack blowers, and push mowers.

Work effectively as part of a busy team.
Qualifications
Experience Level: This role is for a professional with experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance position.
Education Requirement: The PA1/PA6 qualification is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Salary and Benefits
