As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be instrumental in delivering essential grounds maintenance services. You’ll use your recent experience with a range of equipment and hand tools, coupled with a safety-conscious mindset, to ensure a safe and high-quality service is provided. Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform various grounds maintenance services, including mowing, strimming, and general upkeep of landscaped areas.

Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times.

Work outdoors in all weather conditions, demonstrating physical fitness and resilience.

Use a range of equipment and hand tools safely and proficiently, including strimmers, backpack blowers, and push mowers.

Work effectively as part of a busy team, providing a high-quality service to clients.

Perform day-to-day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.

Proactively identify and report any defects or issues with equipment or grounds.

Liaise with customers, reporting any enquiries or defects to ensure excellent service.
Qualifications:
Experience Level: Recent experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance position.
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Skills:

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather.

Full valid UK Driving License.

Recent experience in grounds maintenance.

PA1 and PA6 licenses are an advantage, but not essential.

Willingness to learn and open to training.

Proficient with hand tools and equipment (e.g., strimmers, blowers, mowers).

Experience working in a busy team and providing quality service.
Salary and Benefits:
