This full-time role is crucial to maintaining the quality and accuracy of incoming materials that support critical pharmaceutical production lines.
In this position, you’ll combine hands-on inspection responsibilities with precise stock control and data management tasks, helping ensure that every part received meets exact standards. Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect incoming goods and components to verify compliance with quality standards and order specifications.

Use precision measuring tools to assess part dimensions and physical attributes.

Perform stock control tasks including booking in deliveries, organizing inventory, and updating system records.

Operate and update Sage 200 software for inventory and materials tracking.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, rejections, and approvals.

Communicate with purchasing, quality, and production teams to resolve discrepancies or issues.

Ensure that all materials received are stored safely and logically within the warehouse.

Support audits and traceability checks by maintaining accurate documentation.

Follow health and safety procedures at all times within a cleanroom or controlled warehouse setting.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a goods-in or materials inspection role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.

Experience using Sage 200 or similar stock management systems.

Proficient with part measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges.

Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Clear and professional communication abilities to report findings and resolve issues.

No formal academic qualifications are required, but practical experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing inspection is essential.
