Duties and Responsibilities

Apply 7+ years of experience working in trade compliance, a broker’s agency, a multinational company, or a consulting firm.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of global trade compliance regulations and processes.

Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Exhibit a strategic, proactive, creative, innovative, and collaborative mindset.

Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Apply experience with SAP ECC (SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) is optional).

Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.

Build and maintain strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.

Leverage trade compliance experience in other Latin American countries (a plus).

Lead trade compliance projects, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

Provide consultation to R&D, Regulatory, and management teams on critical decisions.

Independently conduct due diligence assessments.

Identify and develop process improvement initiatives.

Contribute to setting and achieving departmental goals.
Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in international trade, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.

University degree in international trade, supply chain, logistics, legal, or a related discipline (preferred).

Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Deep knowledge of global trade compliance regulations and processes.

Strategic, proactive, creative, and collaborative approach.

Strong technical ability with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with SAP ECC (SAP GTS is optional).

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at once.

Trade compliance experience across LATAM countries (preferred).
