Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the management of all logistical, administrative, and compliance activities of the FTZ program, ensuring seamless operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of entries to Customs and Border Protection (CBP), maintaining full regulatory adherence.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-sector departments to optimize and support FTZ operations, fostering strong inter-departmental collaboration.
- Prepare and perform rigorous audits and inventory control reports to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Expertly troubleshoot and resolve complex logistics issues within the FTZ environment.
- Maintain meticulous detailed records and ensure compliance with all FTZ regulations.
- Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team of employees, including FTZ coordinators and inventory controllers.
- Apply a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, tax/customs, or a related field.
- Leverage 7+ years of logistics or materials management experience in an FTZ environment.
- Possess strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, analysis, and communication.
- Benefit from experience with SAP (a plus) for integrated logistics and materials management.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
