Job Overview
AbbVie, a global leader in the Pharmaceutical and Aesthetics industry, is seeking an exceptional Finance Director, Allergan Aesthetics Canada, to join our team in Markham. This full-time, senior/executive-level role offers a pivotal opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of finance for Allergan Aesthetics operations in Canada. As a strategic partner to the General Manager and leadership team, you will provide critical financial insights and decision support to ensure financial health, growth, and operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all aspects of finance for Allergan Aesthetics operations in Canada.

Provide financial insights and decision support to the General Manager and leadership team.

Manage, coach, and develop the local finance team to foster a high-performance culture.

Take full responsibility for financial reporting, planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

Drive the development of strategic and annual business plans and budgets.

Oversee working capital management, including collections, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) targets, and cash flow monitoring.

Apply cross-functional analytical skills to influence senior management decision-making.

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills at the executive level.

Operate effectively in English within a global business environment.
Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in a senior financial leadership role within an international corporation.

Education: Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree in business (Accounting/Finance/Admin) preferred.

Certification: CPA or equivalent accounting certification required.

Proven ability to lead and develop teams.

Expertise in financial planning, accounting, cost accounting, and taxation.
