Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform the installation of ASML equipment at customer’s locations, including new features, unloading components, inspecting for damage, assembly, alignment, and testing.
- Analyze applicability, accuracy, and adherence to design specifications for all installations and service activities.
- Evaluate and diagnose problems with equipment, making appropriate repairs, and escalating when necessary with clear technical communication.
- Professionally answer customer questions and provide comprehensive technical assistance.
- Advise users of appropriate actions to correct malfunctions and recommend changes in user procedures to optimize system use.
- Perform administrative and coordination duties, including detailed pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports, and monthly reports.
- Prepare clear and concise written technical reports on an independent basis documenting activities and findings.
- Provide appropriate support and assistance to less experienced ASML personnel, contributing to team growth.
- Adhere strictly to a strict set of procedures within provided timelines for all tasks.
- Apply thorough knowledge of Safety Procedures in all work environments.
- Utilize mechanical aptitude and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and semiconductor processes, and relevant software.
- Demonstrate the ability to observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others professionally.
- Possess the ability to read and interpret data, information, and documents accurately.
- Maintain a strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Experience Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level (1+ years working experience in a relevant field preferred, but Bachelor’s degree is a primary requirement).
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.
