As an Engineering Scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for service-related queries, managing everything from purchase orders and cost reconciliation to maintaining accurate service records. You’ll leverage your strong time-management skills, proficiency with systems like Smartsheet and SAP CRM, and a customer-first mindset to ensure all service activities are completed on time and to a high standard. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onsite services and efficiently schedule field engineers for maintenance and repairs.

  • Act as the first point of contact for all service-related queries, providing a customer-first experience.

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including generating quotations, processing purchase orders, and conducting cost reconciliation.

  • Ensure all service activities are completed on time and to a high standard, monitoring progress and addressing issues.

  • Maintain accurate service records and inventories using tools like Smartsheet and SAP CRM.

  • Manage vendor documentation and support compliance with all relevant procedures.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights into service efficiency.

  • Apply strong time-management skills and a proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt quickly.

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Work collaboratively as a team player with a positive attitude.

  • Utilize proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/call management systems.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

Experience Level: This role is ideal for a professional with prior experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles, particularly in a technical or scientific setting.
Education Requirement: A relevant vocational qualification or a degree in a technical or scientific field is highly advantageous, though practical experience is also highly valued.

Required Skills:
