As an Employee Relations Investigations Manager, you will be instrumental in upholding ASML’s integrity and ethical standards by conducting thorough, fact-based investigations into workplace concerns. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct complex and highly sensitive employee relations investigations from intake to resolution, leveraging minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of best practices and methodologies for conducting investigations, fact-finding, and investigative interviewing.
  • Possess strong familiarity with related Federal, State, and local law relevant to employee relations.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to assess and negotiate complex and highly sensitive investigations, arriving at fair and just outcomes.
  • Exhibit a high level of discretion and a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, remain impartial, and work effectively under stress and tight deadlines.
  • Show a demonstrated ability to listen well and demonstrate sensitivity to and respect for individual needs throughout the investigative process.
  • Apply experience in diffusing tension, coupled with a thorough understanding of conflict resolution and employee engagement techniques.
  • Possess high emotional intelligence to navigate delicate interpersonal dynamics.
  • Serve as an effective interviewer and active listener, capable of eliciting crucial information.
  • Maintain strong communication skills (verbal and written) for clear and concise reporting and stakeholder interactions.
  • Apply innovative fact-finding techniques to uncover comprehensive and unbiased information.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Build strong networks and effectively engage and manage stakeholders, including the ability to drive, steer, convince, and influence others in-person and virtually.

Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Senior-Level (Minimum of 7 years of experience conducting employee relations investigations).
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in Human Resources with a specialization in Employee Relations, HR compliance, business management, or related field.
