As an Electrical Engineer specializing in Corporate Real Estate, you will take functional ownership of all building electrical assets, from high-voltage distribution to critical panels. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take functional ownership and responsibility for all building electrical assets, including planning and documentation across US and EURO standards.
  • Manage system specifications, performance, and maintenance requirements for critical electrical assets such as High Voltage, Low Voltage, Switchgear, Mains, Distribution, Panels, and other critical infrastructure.
  • Own User Requirements Specifications, Engineering Design Guidelines, Maintenance Policies and Procedures related to electrical systems.
  • Support the development of the overall Utility Master Plan for ASML facilities.
  • Contribute to the broader Strategic Industrial Masterplan (SIM), ensuring electrical infrastructure alignment.
  • Perform detailed feasibility studies for new electrical projects and modifications.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in establishing and documenting local competence knowledge and/or standards for electrical systems.
  • Ensure effective and successful Operations, Maintenance, and Support of Facilities and Operational services and decisions related to electrical infrastructure.
  • Oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of complex electrical distribution systems.
  • Support robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical assets.
  • Provide comprehensive technical oversight for all power system components.
  • Expertly troubleshoot electrical system issues and conduct thorough root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop long-term electrical system master plans to support future growth and reliability.
  • Lead significant capital and infrastructure projects related to electrical systems.
  • Review electrical system designs, specifications, and contractor work for strict compliance (IEEE, NEC, NFPA, corporate standards).
  • Coordinate critical system upgrades, expansions, and modifications, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Ensure stringent adherence to NFPA 70E, OSHA, and local electrical codes.
  • Develop and review detailed Method of Procedures (MOPs) for critical system work, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Perform essential arc flash studies, coordination studies, and load flow analysis.
  • Implement redundancy and reliability improvements to enhance system uptime and resilience.
  • Partner effectively with Facilities, Maintenance, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety), and Production teams.
  • Provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel and project managers.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external contractors, ensuring clear understanding.
  • Apply a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Possess 10+ years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of medium-voltage (601V–69kV) and low-voltage (≤ 600V) systems, with high-voltage (69kV–230kV) experience as a plus.
  • Show proficiency in electrical power distribution, emergency power systems, load flow analysis, and protective relay coordination.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems for tracking maintenance and work orders.
  • NFPA 70E certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (including writing clear reports, procedures, and technical documents).
  • Possess experience working with external vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Senior-Level (10+ years of experience).
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Required Skills:
