We are currently seeking a Dutch and English Speaking Customer Service Agent based in Johannesburg, South Africa, to join our international customer support team servicing U.S.-based clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide timely, professional, and empathetic customer support via phone, email, and chat

Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service

Follow company procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs)

Work independently while meeting performance metrics and deadlines

Escalate complex issues to supervisors or technical teams when necessary

Stay updated with product knowledge, process changes, and customer service best practices
Qualifications

Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written (essential)

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude

Prior customer service experience preferred but not mandatory

Comfortable using multiple communication tools (email, chat, phone) and CRM software

Self-motivated and reliable with excellent time management
