As a Digital Lab Email Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in email marketing, project management, and design tools to ensure campaigns are impactful, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring high-quality deliverables while thriving in a dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities

Design, create, and deploy engaging, optimized email campaigns.

Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals.

Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Business, or Marketing (required).

3–5 years of hands-on email marketing experience, including content creation, testing, and deployment.

Proficiency with Knak, Figma, and Photoshop (preferred).

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and email rendering tools such as Email on Acid.

Strong project management and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience in Pharma or other heavily regulated industries (preferred).
