Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide proven technical troubleshooting expertise for Windows 10/11 Operating Systems and dependent applications.
- Apply hands-on knowledge of and experience with Enterprise PC Operating System deployments/migrations and hardware refreshes.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Windows 10/11 registry, NTFS permissions, file and folder security, and local user security.
- Utilize familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory structure/security and Group Policies to resolve access and permission issues.
- Provide hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Office 2016/O365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Access, MS Outlook).
- Execute hands-on troubleshooting experience for Internet browsers (EDGE and Chrome) and related security settings.
- Leverage familiarity with software distribution via Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and InTune.
- Apply working knowledge of Windows networking components (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, VPN, IPsec etc.) to diagnose connectivity issues.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Cisco AnyConnect VPN software (Two-factor authentication experience a plus).
- Utilize working knowledge of Remote control tools such as Bomgar.
- Apply working knowledge of PC hardware troubleshooting.
- Work with IT Service Management software such as ServiceNow or Remedy; familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
- Possess the ability to interpret and follow technical documentation accurately.

Qualifications
- Experience Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level (at least 2 years equivalent work experience in computer science or information systems, or 1 year preferred in customer support/Windows OS).
- Education Requirement: University degree or College diploma in the field of computer science, information systems, or at least 2 years equivalent work experience.
- Required Skills:
- Proven experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 Operating Systems and dependent applications.
