Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with buyers and sellers on the ACV Marketplace to facilitate successful vehicle transactions.
  • Utilize advanced CRM software, including Salesforce, ACV Marketplace, AI priority scoring, and Custom dealer profiles (G.O.A.T.), to manage leads, track interactions, and optimize deal flow.
  • Conduct thorough market data analysis to advise buyers and sellers on optimal pricing strategies and market trends.
  • Master and leverage various phone systems, including 1-800 numbers, Ring Central, and Contact Center, to ensure seamless communication.
  • Employ strong negotiation tactics to bridge price gaps and close deals efficiently, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions and address objections from all stakeholders with clarity and professionalism, both verbally and in writing.
  • Influence decision-makers and build rapport with diverse clients within the automotive ecosystem.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex deal-related challenges, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Maintain a high level of resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ years’ sales experience or deal making within the automotive industry).
  • Education Requirement: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Required Skills:
    • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the automotive industry.
    • Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
    • Comprehensive understanding of the automotive market, including vehicle valuations and industry trends.
    • Proficiency in market data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
    • Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • High degree of resilience and ability to thrive under pressure.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce, ACV Marketplace, AI priority scoring, Custom dealer profiles, and G.O.A.T.
    • Experience with phone systems such as 1-800 number, Ring Central, and Contact Center.
    • Full English proficiency required.

Salary and Benefits

This Full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00. In addition to your hourly rate, you are eligible for up to $2,000 in additional monthly compensation based on performance and dealmaking success.
