Duties and Responsibilities

Perform routine service and maintenance of commercial heating systems and boilers.

Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in plant room systems, including pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.

Conduct repairs and safety checks in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Maintain accurate service records and complete relevant documentation after each job.

Collaborate with other engineers and site personnel to coordinate works efficiently.

Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, if required.

Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.

Represent the company professionally while working at client premises.
Qualifications

Valid commercial gas qualifications (e.g., CODNC01, COCN1 or equivalent).

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with commercial gas systems.

Strong understanding of plant room equipment and mechanical components.

Demonstrated experience in fault-finding, diagnostics, and system repair.

Full, clean UK Driving Licence.

Bonus qualifications (preferred, not required): Comcat, Oil, or LPG certifications.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

High attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
Salary and Benefits
