Duties and Responsibilities
- Leverage 8+ years of experience as an IT Security professional, specifically in Cloud security (IaaS/PaaS) governance and defining/maintaining a comprehensive Cloud Security Framework (Policies, Standards, processes, templates).
- Lead and execute Security Assessments (reactive) and Security Risk Assessments (proactive) within complex Cloud environments.
- Apply Scrum/Scaled Agile Framework experience to integrate security practices seamlessly into agile development.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of agile and DevOps concepts in a security context (“trust but verify,” central vs. decentral controls, enabling autonomous agile teams while ensuring NFR adherence).
- Translate the output of security (risk) assessment into clear security baseline/corrective actions and actionable proposals for Cloud services.
- Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, users, and senior management regarding cloud security matters.
- Utilize expertise with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (a pre) to design and implement robust security controls.
- Apply work experience from large, international companies and dealing with/working for global service providers to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Serve as the single point of contact for security subjects within the CCoE US Team.
- Act as a linking pin between CCoE US and regional security & risk teams, ensuring global alignment.
- Be the extension and contact person of the CCoE security team for the US region, providing local expertise.
- Support in updating and maintaining the Cloud Security Framework, ensuring it remains current and effective.
- Develop, design, and maintain robust Cloud security standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Regularly assess Cloud workloads on security compliance and meticulously report findings.
- Assess and support the mitigation of risks associated with ASML’s public cloud infrastructure.
- Build excellent working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Provide critical support for ASML Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) activities.
- Offer cyber security expertise in analysis, assessment, development, and evaluation of security solutions and architectures.
- Demonstrate a clear passion for cloud security, cloud technologies, SecDevOps, and Artificial Intelligence.

Qualifications
