Job Overview

Brooksource, a leading IT services and consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Change Analyst (Change Management Analyst) to support a prominent North American omnichannel retailer. As a Change Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful adoption of new initiatives, including potential ERP implementations, by guiding employees through periods of significant change. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Apply 5–7 years of hands-on experience in organizational change management, preferably in large-scale transformation or ERP implementation, to support strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize a solid understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) to structure and execute change plans.
  • Employ strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills to build rapport and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Leverage excellent written and verbal communication abilities to develop and deliver clear, engaging communications.
  • Demonstrate proven capability in supporting or developing training and communication plans that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Utilize strong analytical and planning skills to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Operate as a self-starter with a collaborative and proactive mindset, taking initiative and working seamlessly with teams.
  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments to identify potential challenges and mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with Finance and other cross-functional teams to support adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Assist in developing and delivering clear, engaging communications tailored to various stakeholder groups.
  • Support the coordination of training sessions and learning resources, ensuring employees are equipped for change.
  • Collaborate effectively with Change Champions to gather feedback, monitor stakeholder readiness, and drive local adoption.
  • Systematically track change adoption and resistance, proactively addressing concerns and implementing corrective actions.
  • Align change activities with program milestones and maintain comprehensive supporting documentation.
  • Continuously improve change management tools and approaches, contributing to best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior-Level (5-7 years of experience).
  • Education Requirement: A Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Required Skills:
    • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in organizational change management, preferably in large-scale transformation or ERP implementation.
    • Solid understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
