Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate team members during assigned shifts to meet operational and service goals

Lead by example through exceptional customer service and professionalism

Assist in training new employees and coaching team members to maintain performance standards

Manage daily tasks including opening and closing procedures, food prep, and inventory tracking

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with company policies and health regulations

Resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction

Support shift scheduling, timekeeping, and labor management

Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, manage cash handling, and perform daily deposits when required

Communicate effectively with management and team members to maintain clear and efficient operations
Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States

0–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred

Strong customer service, team leadership, and communication skills

Ability to coach, motivate, and lead by example

Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with POS systems is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team
