As an Auto Damage Field Inspector, you will be on the front lines, inspecting vehicles for damage, verifying condition, and ensuring documentation meets high standards of accuracy. Your role is essential to maintaining transparency and trust in vehicle valuations and claims processing. Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct thorough on-site inspections of vehicles to assess damages, condition, and overall integrity.

Document inspection results accurately using mobile technology, including photographs and written reports.

Coordinate with dispatch and customers to schedule inspections and communicate findings promptly.

Identify and report discrepancies, fraud indicators, or missing information related to vehicle condition.

Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with vehicle owners, dealerships, and insurance representatives.

Organize and manage daily workload efficiently to meet strict deadlines and volume requirements.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues during inspection appointments.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; some college education preferred.

Proven experience in automotive inspections, insurance claims, or related field work is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits
