Alliance Inspection Management, LLC (AiM) is a national leader in vehicle inspection services, supporting some of the largest names in the automotive and insurance industries. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Auto Damage Auction Inspector to join our team in Flat Rock, Michigan.

As an Auto Damage Auction Inspector, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring vehicle damage is accurately assessed and recorded, helping both buyers and sellers make informed decisions in the auction space.
Duties and Responsibilities

Perform detailed inspections of auction vehicles to identify and document exterior, interior, and mechanical damages.

Capture high-quality photos of vehicles, highlighting damage or unusual features.

Utilize a tablet-based inspection system to enter data with precision and consistency.

Coordinate with auction representatives to ensure inspection logistics are met efficiently.

Communicate findings clearly and professionally with the AiM team and auction personnel.

Ensure inspections meet company standards for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.

Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures while on the lot.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of consistent full-time work experience, ideally in automotive inspection, repair, estimating, or a related field.

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or automotive training preferred.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Basic proficiency in using technology, such as tablets and Microsoft Office programs.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative team player with a strong sense of urgency and reliability.

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Working Conditions
