We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Damage Auction Inspector to join our team in New Stanton, Pennsylvania.
In this role, you’ll be the critical eyes and ears at vehicle auctions ensuring every vehicle is accurately assessed and recorded. Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles at auction sites to evaluate exterior, interior, mechanical, and structural conditions.

Use a mobile device and proprietary software to input inspection data and upload high-quality photos.

Identify and document vehicle damage, wear and tear, and missing parts.

Ensure all assessments are completed accurately and in accordance with company guidelines and customer requirements.

Communicate inspection findings clearly with auction staff and internal teams.

Maintain a strong sense of urgency to meet daily inspection volume and client expectations.

Work independently and collaboratively to support team goals and ensure consistent quality.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or automotive training is preferred.

Previous experience in automotive services, detailing, body shops, or inspections is helpful but not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or minor defects.

Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and web-based applications.

Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Flexibility to adapt to changing weather conditions and site assignments.

Ability to stand, walk, and crouch for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Working Conditions

This is a fully onsite role, performed primarily outdoors at vehicle auction lots.
