Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and quality service

Support, coach, and supervise team members to uphold operational and customer service standards

Promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff

Maintain knowledge of and enforce food safety procedures and sanitation standards

Assist in handling profit and loss responsibilities, payroll, and inventory management

Monitor labor costs and scheduling to maintain operational goals

Resolve guest concerns or complaints in a timely, professional manner

Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding of new employees

Uphold brand standards and ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience, including supervisory responsibilities

High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Business or Hospitality preferred

Demonstrated leadership and staff supervision skills

Strong understanding of profit and loss analysis, labor controls, and inventory systems

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Proficient in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Excel

Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset

Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
