Duties and Responsibilities

Support students with SEN and SEMH needs on a day-to-day basis.

Help students build self-confidence and motivation.

Establish strong and consistent relationships through a compassionate approach.

Remain calm and composed in challenging or high-stress situations.

Provide emotional support through active listening and empathy.

Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times.

Assist students in overcoming behavioural and learning barriers.

Identify and escalate concerns or risk factors when necessary.
Qualifications

Experience Level: Entry-level (no prior experience required).

Education: A degree in Psychology, Criminology, Social Science, or a related field is highly valued.
