Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee all arboricultural operations, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Manage daily activities and coordinate area-based teams, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.

Plan and perform a variety of arboricultural works, including tree climbing, pruning, and rigging.

Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and risk management procedures.

Foster a safe and efficient work environment, prioritizing the well-being of your team.

Work closely with internal teams and clients, liaising confidently to ensure project goals are met.

Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to other team members on arb techniques.

Maintain a Full Clean Driving Licence, enabling you to travel to various work sites.

Use your strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage logistical challenges.

Ensure all work is accurately documented and reported.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Senior-Level leadership role, requiring proven experience as an Arborist and in managing teams and performance.
Education Requirement:

Level 3 Maintenance (Formally CS 30 / CS 31)

Level 3 Climb Trees and Perform Aerial Rescue (Formally CS 38)

Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness (Formally CS 39)

Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging (Formally CS 41)
Required Skills:

Proven experience as an Arborist.

Full Clean Driving Licence.

Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels.

Experience in managing teams and performance.

Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and risk management.

Salary and Benefits
