Job Overview
Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, servicing clients across the M3 and M4 corridor. This full-time remote position offers the chance to work independently while supporting a diverse portfolio of HVAC systems including VRV, VRF, split, and multi-split air conditioning units.

Duties and Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems including VRV, VRF, split, and multi-split units.

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults independently using your expert fault-finding skills.

Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce system downtime.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, particularly those related to refrigerant handling.

Complete detailed service reports and documentation for each job.

Collaborate with clients and provide professional advice on system maintenance and upgrades.

Manage travel along the M3 and M4 corridor to client sites, effectively organizing daily work schedules.

Handle refrigerants safely and legally, adhering to F-Gas certification requirements.
Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or an equivalent qualification such as City and Guilds.

Valid F-Gas certification (2079 or Safe Handling of Refrigerants).

Proven experience in servicing and repairing air conditioning systems, including VRV, VRF, split, and multi-split units.

Full UK driving licence required due to travel demands.

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills to work independently in the field.

Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.

Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
