Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute the in-field brand strategy for AbbVie’s dermatology products within the assigned territory.

  • Serve as the direct contact for key stakeholders, building, developing, and maintaining strong partnerships, both remotely and in-person.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans, ensuring alignment with sales goals.

  • Analyze sales reports and other data to adapt your approach and maximize opportunities.

  • Possess a deep understanding of the product and its place within the local NHS healthcare economy.

  • Navigate NHS barriers and identify opportunities for collaborative results.

  • Apply a solution-focused approach, resilience, and a positive attitude to overcome challenges.

  • Utilize strong communication skills, adjusting your style based on customer insights.

  • Leverage a strategic mindset and data analytics proficiency to inform your business decisions.

  • Benefit from experience within Immunology and/or specialty secondary care (advantageous).

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales.

  • ABPI qualification and a full driving license are required.

  • Excellent customer engagement skills to build, develop, and maintain internal and external partnerships.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adjust based on customer insights.

  • Deep understanding of dermatology products and their role within the NHS healthcare economy.

  • Ability to navigate NHS barriers and identify collaborative opportunities.

  • Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills.

  • Experience in Immunology and/or specialty secondary care would be advantageous.
